Hi, I'm Amanda from Loom and I work on the support operations team here in this video. I'm gonna show you how I use loom to replace a meeting with an async update.
Personally, I am a huge fan of the asynchronous update, especially on a team like mine, where we work across multiple time zones and some to our calendars just don't line up.
All right. So with all that said, I'm gonna give you a real time example of how I would give an async update to my team.
Hey everyone, how's it going? All right. So this is my update for the week. I'm gonna keep this fairly high level. So let me know if you have any questions about anything I've shared here.
So some of my wins from the week, great news, as you all saw the support operations plan is ready for the launch. Very exciting. I also had a really informative meeting with our data team and the takeaways from that is that they're going to have the reports ready by launch day. Yay.
All right. So my focus for this week, first, I, I am working on the webinar creation and schedule for the product launch. I'm also going to be doing an audit of all of our macros and current help center articles. And then last piece, of course, I'm going to be continuing to prepare for the product launch.
