Now take a moment to get to know Anique, Meghana, and Prabitha in their own words.
Anique Drumright joins Loom as the VP of Product, where she oversees product strategy and development. Most recently, she was the Vice President of Product at TripActions, where she built the product and design organization from the ground up and scaled the team over 8x globally during a period of hypergrowth. She has also held multiple roles at Uber in product, partnerships, and operations management. Before entering tech, she served in leadership roles at and taught for Teach for America in Memphis, TN.

Meghana Reddy joins Loom as VP of People Operations, where she brings her vast experience in scaling high-functioning and inclusive teams across different time zones. She has successfully led People teams at high-growth startups in Europe and the U.S., including Framer, Catawiki, and NerdWallet. Before that, Meghana founded Third Tactic, a startup that developed training programs for clients like Pinterest, Venmo, and LinkedIn. Meghana started her career at Bain & Company, where she led teams across six global offices.

Prabitha Ganesh joins Loom as Director of Infrastructure, where she’ll build on her 20+ years of engineering and management experience and continue her track record of leading teams and driving technology transformation at startups and large companies. She has built robust large-scale systems and led engineering, DevOps, and TechOps teams at various companies, including Box Inc., Ellie Mae, Ericsson, HP, and PayPal.
