With the tiles at the top of the screen, I am wondering if they give enough context. For example the first tile is just a number, but it would be good to for example to compare this to last month, to show whether this number is higher or lower and we got better at managing invoices over time?
For the second one we have the color grading to show the percentage more visually, but the numbers are not aligned to the colors.
For the third one, it lack the color grading, which is inconsistent. Also would a donut/pie chart not be more visually pleasing?

We do plan in further iterations show comparison of the values with the past periods, we would start to do it with a Trial Balance and we plan a nice configuration whether it is to same day last year, or previous day last month or YTD etc. As for the visual side - indeed we are waiting for some design components to be completed - although I personally like the linear view for aging as we know that the closest to the right the worse it gets :)

Are we able to add a widget to the main Mews dashboard with the summary widgets? I think if you are an accountant or working as Front office shiftleader this may be really valuable on the dashboard

@Blanca Zulueta Santos
that is a good idea, do you know which team owns the main dashboard?

Thank you
@Joanna Kozlowska
what's the status of the table component here?
@Blanca Zulueta
told me it's still in the making – do you have visibility over when it's going to look and behave like in the prototype that was designed?

Yes agree, this feels still some way from a Mews design look/feel

It may be a nice feature to do a bulk reminder to all open invoices, maybe with a filter for a date since the last reminder?

what we have planned for v2 is ability to send automated reminders based on invoice aging and adjust the invoice reminder template based on aging too, e.i. template for 30 days overdue would be more friendly that reminder template sent at 60 days overdue.

Looks very nice. Will there eventually be filters available to select for example only status "overdue", "days aging" etc?

Will we have a tile for the main dashboard, that we could display to users with invoicing user rights? Ultimately we want to drive engagement with the reminders, and remind the hotel if some invoices are aging and no reminder was sent... and capture the payment revenue :-)

Yes this is the intention/vision for the new Dashboard we have in our roadmap for 2025. Having widgets in the Dashboard that are distilling and anticipating key info without having to go in the full feature. AND making it actionable – where possible, straight from the Dashboard itself. (

Love it, well done, we have been waiting a long time for this functionality and this is amazing!
