Hey David, it's an awesome solution but my parent form is a multi-page form with Ajax enabled, and it seems this solution doesn't like Ajax to be enabled on the parent form. In your example above the page would have to be refreshed for anything to show up in the Players drop-down field. Is there a quick fix for that? I'm ripping out my hair over here - and I have none left!

Hi David. Thanks for the tutorial. We are looking to buy Gravity Wiz for a specific use case, and I think, I understand what Christopher is talking about. We also have a similar query. If there are two forms -- Form A and Form B, and Form B has a nested form (Child Form C). Let's say Child Form C has a single line text field. Is it possible to pull a list of entries from Form A, filtered on the basis of a matching condition in Form B and Form A (choice fields in both), and have that list of entries show up automatically in the nested summary field, with an option to edit/delete if needed, rather than manually adding each?

If I have multiple nested forms does the Parameter Name need to be unique for each Nested Form?

The parameter name would be the same as all child entries for the current session would have the same parent entry ID hash; however, you would need to target the Nested Form field in the GPPA filters for your Drop Down field if you only want to target child entries submitted for a specific Nested Form field. The entry meta key for that is "gpnf_entry_nested_form_field".

Thanks David. The problem I am having is that the values are not stored in the dropdown indefinitely. After I log out they are gone. Not sure if I am using the filter correctly or if this snippet is not meant to retrieve the entries for the next session from previous session. For now users need to refresh the page to see the submission from the nested form that is auto populated in the dropdown.
