The user experience is everything. Kirstin M.'s video review and other text reviews on G2 summarized a few questions I had about Streak. How is customer feedback data collected/interpreted/prioritized amongst Product folks? What steps can we take to learn more from the "Kristin M." persona type, and what mechanisms are in place, structurally, to make that information as actionable as possible?

That's top of mind, but I've always got more questions, Andrew! I'm truly intrigued by the product and what I've read in reviews, both from customers and employees. I'll send in an application soon!

Thank you, Andrew! I've been in corporate America, and I'm ready to take on something new, to be honest. I only discovered Streak today and applied, but I intend to do all my due diligence on all aspects of Streak! I come from IT support and have some training under my belt. I was the first one everyone talked to then I would triage and move users along. I feel this role is right up my alley!
