In this case it's the farm-based durable/productive asset (ie vegetable nursery building materials, seeds, etc). I think we could use terms like productive asset vs. digital asset?

Assume you're saying we can test a distributed model and a more centralized one or two right? I think that would be appealing to get feedback on that in this pilot stage. Coudl help us to design training/skill building more effectively

The one thing bullet under "data gathering and usage" might be the analytics/ visualization piece - I don't imagine community nursery testing that unless there is a benchmarking/ intrinsic value take as well

Nice, love the clarity on what this pilot covers and what it doesn't. A metric I'd be interested in us testing in all of the pilots in the 6 month of pilot category is membership growth. I think many farmer groups have a hard time explaining the value prop to appeal to new members. If six month after the pilot membership has continued to grow (or it's at least sustained an increase from the asset period) it's a good indication that there is a growing appeal of the FO to non-members. It's a good trajectory metric

A question I have on roles too is: does the data officer in this pilot phase have a role in: 1) data collection 2) data management 3) farmer education on data concepts (privacy, consent) 3) leading/facilitating data use/visualization/learning OR, in this pilot phase do they only have a few of these roles and DG basically plays a role on the others. Longer term, do we envision training the NGO/technical partner on any of these components (esp if/where DG will do it early on). Just questions I've been thinking about as we think thru roles
