Hi there. My name is Josh and it is loom storytelling week. So I'm here to talk about how I use loom and innovative EMR to drive collaboration across the globe and enhance the performance of our customers and partners on our platform.
So prior to loom, and prior to the use of video, we would spend a lot of time trying to collaborate, just to be able to set up a meeting or to convey, uh, performance improvements or to convey, um, things that we're seeing in recommendations.
So we would spend time aligning schedules and we would translators and situations where when doing business in the global economy now, um, it takes a lot to line up a tech team and a business team and to maybe overcome cultural or language barriers on the go.
So we spend a lot of time for a small team, just trying to get to the point of doing the work and get to the point of collaboration.
And now that we have loom and we're using video, we're able to walk through complicated situations, outline key recommendations and drive collaboration, completely asynchronously.
So for a small team, we're able to now record what we would normally go through in a meeting and, and in a one, you know, on a, like a consultative session, we're able to deliver that to our, our partners.
And they're able to watch it in their own luxury of their own schedule and their own, um, pace. So what we've seen is the, the amount of friction and effort that's taken to the takes to collaborate is going down and we're able to scale our operations in our partners and our customers are able to benefit merely by the use of video.
And it's great because it still keeps this personal interaction where we get to see faces and it's more understandable and it's more approachable and that you're able to articulate and talk how we normally would as opposed to making sure you're, you're going through a long email, uh, describing all of these different technical situations.
So loom is a force multiplier for us, and the story we're using it to tell is how a small hungry, but humble team can sit there and compete with the biggest in the industry, through innovation, on how we tell stories and how we collaborate or loving it.
And I cannot recommend it enough to, uh, drive global collaboration. Thanks so much.
