So I got this email from Loom and I think it's really interesting since we're all in customer success, that this is like a really creative way to get more usage and adoption throughout an organization.

So I've been thinking of like how can we use this tactic and Loom to do that? And I also just want the swag, but I have been using Loom a lot more recently now that I am working with the support organization because Andrew actually started sending me Loom videos and I found them super helpful.

So whenever he has a question that would be better, you know, if he just speaks it and shows me you know, what he's trying to communicate.

And then sometimes I send a loom back. I sometimes ramble for 5, 6, 7 minutes to him <laugh>. So he's used to it.

I've also been using Loom to add to Jira tickets to explain to engineers in real time what I'm seeing with bugs that we have.

And it's definitely helped me express myself better than written communication, be more efficient and be more effective. So anyways, can five people watch my video so I can get the Loom swag?
